The Organisation
In March 2021 we will found an association located in the Canton of Berne in Switzerland. This is for legal purposes mainly and to secure your investment. The income from selling virtual parcels / NFTs will be placed in stable coins, Ether and a Swiss bank account.
We are planing to found a Limited Company (Ltd) later, depending on the impact of this project. The capital contributions / seed capital would be a minimum of 20’000 Swiss Francs (22’000$). We aim to have a fully blockchain based company as soon as it is legally possible.
